Jonathan Karl of ABC News asked an interesting question of White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany at last Tuesday’s press briefing:
“Where in the Constitution does the president derive the authority to send federal law enforcement officers to the streets of American cities against the will of the elected officials in those cities?”
McEnany, as it turned out, was prepared. Section 1315 of Title 40 of the U.S. Code, she explained, “gives DHS the ability to deputize officers in any department or agency like ICE, Custom and Border Patrol and Secret Service … for the duties in connection with the protection of property owned or occupied by the federal government.”

It’s hard not to imagine bloodshed and death occurring if this new rebellion is violent ( which, in many cases, it is ).
The Constitution says natural born citizen.

I recommend to all my friends and family. Be prepared. Have a contingency plan. Very few could have predicted where we are today. There is no telling where we will be in the near future.
Watched a good video on American Contingency from Mike Glover just the other day on Youtube...it is a movement to help individual be cognizant and learn together how to be prepared for natural disaster or man-made disasters...we seem to be headed quickly for the later.
If any state or city denies the government use of troops (deputies, etc.) to protect federal property all federal funding of those entities should cease immediately, no exception and no appeal!

The Progressive ruling elite in the United States, Democrat and Republican alike, have been ruling the American people through manipulation of the information flow for at least 50 years.

Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.
Note: "Whenever the President considers". Meaning it's the President's decision as to whether the condition exists, not local officials, and not any judge.

We live in a fantasy world at this point.
The policies of government and these federal agencies are no longer in-line with the natural order, prevailing economic theories, the nature of man, nor our Constitution and Bible (the last of course no one mentions anymore because we are so far removed from that reality that it’s nearly a taboo to mention).
Have you ever seen the show “Naked and afraid?” What happens to those that don’t get their priorities right, have some self discipline... No matter what they “believe” or “feel” they fail even though we live in a relativistic world where everything is equal. Have you ever truly done survival training or engaged in some activity where your life depends on you conducting yourself a particular way, and if you ignore this reality you go splat on the rocks below, example mountain climbing? My point is that the forces of economics and natural law always exists. It exists just like the forces we talk about in physics or chemistry. You can ignore these truths, but they still exist and they still will define the outcome, like gravity if you jump from a high building.
We today ignore these economic forces, the nature of man, or the natural order to things. We ignore our own Constitution and the Bible which if nothing else (even if you’re secular) teaches us certain behavioral traits that allow a group/society to thrive. Even if you think we’re imperfect that Constitution created a republic with a democratic process and guaranteed more freedoms to more people than ever in history before because of how it defined government should run.
Today everything is wrong. It’s only a matter of time before we go splat on the ground below.

If the feds assert their authority it won’t be violent for long.
The left does not consider this a possibility as most of them are ignorant of the constitution. And those who are aware believe the political zeitgeist protects them from “OVERREACH”.
I would have called in the military by now and told the locals if they don’t like it to sue me.

The next escalation is up to the rioters and or the local politicians. If they succeed & pushing back the federal deputies we could be looking at federalizing the state guard forces. Then the mandate to simply defend federal property gets broadened to quelling the rebellion. I don’t think we’re there yet.
I would love to see the city council and mayors of Seattle and Portland indicted for supporting an insurrection. In addition to jail time, those convicted are barred from public office for life.
