The state in which I reside has been mail-in voting for a few years. A couple of weeks ago we received our primary ballots, my husband got two ballots. Name, address, all info was correct on both ballots.

I called our county elections division and said "Two ballots?!?". The pulled him up on their computer and said "oh, it's because he renewed his drivers license this past year, nothing to worry about". I said yes, he did renew his drivers license but this is a first. They couldn't care less.
