What Happened: The US Federal government in collaboration with Yale University held clinical trials to determine what the best messaging would be to persuade Americans to take the COVID-19 vaccine when it is ready. The news of this study does show an interest in finding the best way to persuade people into an ideal decision for the Federal government, and likely vaccine makers, and it also shows that a mandatory vaccine campaign may still be the plan B down the road, as opposed to plan A.
The official title of the trial is, “Persuasive Messages for COVID-19 Vaccine Uptake: a Randomized Controlled Trial, Part 1.”

Here comes the guilt trip.
People aren’t paying attention. I told someone recently this study is more of a crystal ball then anyone could possibly provide. Latest polls show 65% are eager to take new “vaccine” ... they are now focused on how to trigger the remaining folks to take it through shaming etc.. Once the vaccine is approved FDA + CDC will allow companies to enforce that employees have to be vaccinated or continue wearing a mask. Then the last people remaining will face the ostracizing stigma of having to wear a mask. This study shows the talking points that will then employ to accompany such, people are stupid, don’t believe in science, don’t care about the welfare of anyone, etc., etc. ... this study was undertaken to determine what the most effective tacts were to get those less inclined to take the vaccine to accept vs. resist.

Such a scene. It may do a disservice to paranoids, because sometimes there really are things to be paranoid about, but damn it’s funny.

I can save them a lot of research dollars. Make it available to people, but don’t pressure them to take it. Don’t lie about its effectiveness. If it’s helpful, people will go out of their way to take it. If it isn’t, why should they?
I know this idea is challenging for those who worship coercive government, but, hey, keep an open mind.

The stupid thing is- We could have nearly stopped Covid in it’s tracks by giving the nation’s most vulnerable HCQ right at hte start-
They would have avoided getting covid- and wouldn’t have become carriers and transmitters, which would have severely cut down on the amount of folks carrying covid- and it would have died out in most places quickly, as those that didn’t get the HCQ (Healthy young folks not working in high risk jobs) would get it, have suffered mildly, and then got over it- those on HCQ aroudn them wouldn’t get it- or get it mildly themselves and be over it quickly thanks to the drug very quickly rending the virus in them incapable of spreading-
Despicable Trump hating Democrats are directly responsible for the massive spread of Covid in this country-
We shouldn’t even need to be discussing a vaccine- the virus should have died out very quickly, because it couldn’t find nearly enough vulnerable hosts to carry on, thanks to HCQ
