The agreement says Israel had to give up territory to get this agreement AS ALWAYS. What territory?

Not give up. They were planning further annexation. That is on hold for the duration.
The UAE agrees not to fund terrorists as long as it doesn’t get caught. Israel gives up land so that it can go back to dessert. The PA and licensed terrorists can then make bombs in underground bunkers in said dessert, and build attack tunnels. The UAE will let Israel fly over UAE air space on its way to strike Iran, and the UAE will only pretend to be outraged.
I’m not convinced there was land given up....rather Israels’ suspending authority over certain areas..
