There is a slight downside to being in office for a hundred years. Everything you said is on film and can and will be used in an ad.

I would bet that most dimrat politicians don’t know what fracking is. And that it has been around since the 1960’s.
I actually would love trump to make a commercial on this and air it in San Francisco, New York City, Detroit, flint, Minnesota, St. Louis, Philadelphia, and all the other places the wacko left hangs out. I’d love to see some outrage from them. Also, I’d love a reporter to ask AOC and Bernie about this. We need to start using stuff to our advantage.

So how does this make it only mostly false? Where is the true part of his statement? Was it “I’m Joe Biden and I think I’m running for something?”
