I taken Joe Biden at his word. He won’t ban fracking. He will simply make them go through 20 years of environmental impact studies among other studies. Fracking will be studies to death.

I’m hoping that if that is the case, Trump uses the Empty Chair prop that Clint Eastwood did as long time ago. Also, play a question and then cut to montage of Biden clips trying to answer it. Film a separate one for each battleground state. M2C.
