Why dealing with Indian Recruiters is Futile for Domestic Workers

Indian recruiters have developed a terrible reputation in the US in a very short time. But one issue that is little discussed is what Indian recruiters tend to do with the resumes of domestic workers. These resumes are solicited by Indian recruiters under the false impression that the individual will be considered for a potential role. However, the most common feature, as explained by numerous accounts and first-hand experience, is that the resumes are mined for information. This issue is described in the following quotation.

I have been warned for years that Indian recruiters harvest resumes and that one should not to put too much verbiage online. I was told that they had several reasons for asking us to send a resume and a signed right to represent ASAP: one, the resumes were supposedly used to as a source of verbiage for “spicing” the resumes of Indian resources. I’ve only heard of this being caught once, in an example of a Chinese national. This would be hard to catch. And it makes it hard for us to use online platforms like LinkedIn.

Indians have now nearly completely taken over the high tech recruiting system here in the United States. This has only happened in the last year. So, for example, I was applying for an IT job at the Department of Education in Louisiana. And the Indian recruiter let slip that 40% of the employees there are Indian. I understand why Facebook, Google and Microsoft are doing this. But this is happening at ALL of our banks, hospitals and governments. What happens when we wake up one morning and find out that the Indians have changed all the passwords to all the crucial databases at Walmart in a takeover bid? Is this not a national security issue?

It is a national security issue. It is a subterfuge way of acquiring ownership of a company

American businesses have chosen a cheaper labor route at the expense of security. I bet this is the case even with Trump’s businesses.

How many boards have managed to wrest away management and ownership of a company through a vote?

Can’t stand the accents, the attitudes, the laziness, the sense of entitlement, the insecurity.

Of Indians, that is. The recruiters only bring it into starker relief.

“And the Indian recruiter let slip that 40% of the employees there are Indian”

Which of course is worthy of a discrimination suit.

Like the one the DoJ is pursuing against Cisco.

One benefit of COVID is the Desi bottom-feeders have stopped calling. Gone. The Google Voice line I use on my resume to control calls from these clowns has been silent since May. Even my inbox has gone quiet.

I love it.

Indian recruiters also use the resumes of non-Indian candidates as a quota, to show they reached out across all nationalities. However, they only hire Indian in almost all cases.

He missed that point. It’s really the big one.

They are just pumping up their stats in case they get spotlighted by USGov.

Was a software head hunter in San Francisco for a time in 1997, we were on a conf call phone interview with a lady from India that was living in the Bay Area, during the interview she flushed the toilet.

Be glad they were able to use a toilet.

At my former employer, the day porter (janitor) was assigned to me. The reason? We were trying to catch the employee standing on the toilet seat & spraying their business all over the stall.

Send 90 percent of them home. Thank God for Rick Scott growing a spine over S386.

In a very short time I can see that we will be having thousands of database administrators and business intelligence experts sitting on street corners begging for cash. Has there ever been a case in history were a country has replaced all of it’s scribes with people from a foreign failed state? Why would ANY US government agency hire non-citizens in these crucial roles?

Of course it is. They are mainly going to hire only each other. I worked with several. Many were good. Still, it was rather obvious where this was going.

My only beef with DT is that he goes overboard sucking up to India. I get the whole counter to China thing and realize how important that is but Indians have gotten away with too much. Allowing all these phone scams and telemarketers to keep doing what they do makes me suspicious.

[Why would ANY US government agency hire non-citizens in these crucial roles?]

Well, I’d say imagine TPTB that would like to dismantle America for some NWO-agenda that targets white males, Christians, virtually any pro-American force or legacy.

But it’s best I not say that. Because, like, that would be some sort of tinfoil conspiracy theory.

There simply were not enough Americans available to fill the jobs. /hope that line satisfies the state mind-think requirement

I can’t tell you how happy I am that I will never need tolook for another full-time job in IT.

Well, that must explain why I have been looking for an IT job for the last 9 months. I have 20+ years of experience. 5 year ago, I could send out 100 resumes and get 3 offers in 2 weeks.
