The infection rate in NYC has fallen to the point that the place should be completely opened up.

In any real court, De Dorkio and Cuomo the Cretin would be convicted in seconds.

However, it’s a NY court with liberal pretend judges.

Feggedabowdit!!

These fools (DeBlasio and Cuomo) really do seem bound and determined to destroy NYC. Do they really think that this will hurt Trump?

BTW, I still commute to the city on Metro North. I spend over two hours a day on a train from Westport, CT to Grand Central and then back again. The passengers are spaced apart no differently than if they were sitting in a restaurant together. The restaurant ban is a bunch of nonsense.

despite a weeks-long statewide case positive rate below 1%.

Which doesn't mean JACK SQUAT!! What matters is Hospitalization and Death Rates attributed solely to the chicom flu.

When you speak of "cases" you are Spreading PROPAGANDA!!!

This should be a pretty easy case. Government forced the restaurants to close, a taking of property. That basically falls under eminent domain laws, which means the government forcing the closures is responsible for paying regular market rates. Should be pretty easy to calculate, just look at the past couple years’ of revenue and there ya go!
