Britons could face an even tougher lockdown within two weeks unless the Rule of Six brings down coronavirus cases, it was claimed today.
Ministers and government officials insist they are ready to take more draconian steps to stop the spread, despite a wave of criticism.
Options on the table could range from curfews to closing pubs - although there is a determination that schools will stay open.
'Lockdown is the only thing that we know works, to be frank,' one government science adviser told ITV.

They might attempt the 10 PM curfew but Brits would just order an ale at 9:50 PM, pouring it into a plastic cup, and go sip out on the street with their associates. It’s just trading one problem for another, and police being given another way to screw with regular people.
That’s insane. This hoax has run its course. It’s a big nothing. There are millions of people on the streets, in trains, in bars and restaurants, and nothing is happening. No one is dying on the streets. Nothing.

Of course you are going to find more cases if you look for them everywhere with a test that will detect the virus in someone that had it months ago.
People who are not symptomatic are not likely to be contagious so why test huge numbers of people? Why not only test people who are sick and have COVID-19 symptoms?
Why is the government of Ohio going from place to place with Pop Up testing centers offering Free COVID-19 Test?
Because they want to find more cases. Why? Because they want to justify continued lock down of the economy. Why? Because our governor is a Never Trumper.
Okay. Why would they be doing this in Britain?
Because the entire world is now run by New World Order globalist who recognize in Trump someone who is decidedly not. They see that Trump as the POTUS stands in their way. They see that Trump must be stopped.
If they must collapse the world economy to stop Trump they are okay with that.
Actually, there is no scientific evidence that lockdowns work where they’ve been tried. There is evidence that Vitamin D reduces deaths by 44%. Dr. Fauci is taking it himself.
It’s not clear to me how a curfew really contributes to preventing disease. They think having schools open is OK, but being out late is bad? How does that work?
Who needs pubs when there’ll be government manufactured Victory Gin?

I was just on a Twitter thread with mostly enraged Brits who are vowing to have Christmas with their family gatherings of 12 or 20 or whatever, responding to the fact that Boris has put a limit of six on gatherings and says this will run through Christmas. Or else. That is, he will impose an even more severe lockdown, and they won’t even be allowed to leave home.
This is utter insanity and total tyranny and even the British, who normally are complete government toadies, have had it. I hope they stay mad and defy him.
I honestly don’t understand what “leaders” like him are getting out of this. It’s destroying their own country or state or city and ruining lives, and while I realize that they don’t care about the lives of the citizens, you’d think they’d at last realize that no taxpayers means no more source of their fat salaries and easy life. I think it goes beyond mere hatred for Trump; it’s truly a demonic urge for ultimate power over our lives, literally over the very air we breathe.
I wonder how much of this has to do with the fact that the NHS is a menace.

FWIW, I think the NHS may threatening BoJo with a strike if there’s not another lockdown.
If so, and Boris gives in, then the NHS runs the country, not Boris.
The world doesn’t make much sense to me any more. I really do think it’s demonic. I hope Jesus returns soon.
