Most restaurant owners are saying the increase in capacity isn't worth the aggravation.
They rightly suspect that the "self-certified" will be subject to more frequent and more intense inspection.
The final criterion for self-certification is that the statements made may be construed as an "unsworn falsification" under the criminal statues for forgery; meaning that if just one customer is seen leaving without a mask the restaurant owner could face a felony prosecution.

He cannot hold restauran owners under his fist like this...he's already in trouble for his hard hitting regulations which by the way are unconstitutional....
If restaurants comply/respond as he wants then they're willingly putting their businesses fully under his control and deserve to fail.

Very surprising that a leftist skunk like Wolf is giving up without a fight. He knows how bad that would make Democrats look. Either way they lose. If judge says the decision stands - Democrats lose.
