The GOP will be finished.
The base will be demoralized and stay home, costing both President Trump and Mitch McConnell their jobs. President Biden will replace RBG and President Harris will replace Thomas and Alito. The Democrat majority congress will lurch so far to the Left, so fast, our heads will spin.
And that's it. It'll be as if the last four years never happened (and liberals will put legislation in place to ensure it never happens again).
This will be Mitch McConnell's finest hour and political suicide to any Republican senator who stands in his way.

As I said earlier ... if you can’t deliver a Supreme Court confirmation with a 53-47 majority in the Senate, your political party shouldn’t even exist.
You are absolutely correct on all counts. Any Republican Senator who does not support Trump's nominee needs to be removed from office and from the Republican party.
I have always argued that the time to remove RINOs is in the primaries, not in the general election. This is the exception to the rule. If President Trump's nominee is blocked we will lose control of the federal government for a least a generation to come. Any Republicans who help make that happen need to go down in flames.
That goes along with a prediction I made a couple of years ago and stand by today:
"After the 2020 elections, either the national Republican or Democratic party will be damaged beyond repair."
"Beyond repair" means votes cast in the national 2022 mid-terms (Congress) and 2024 elections (Presidential and Congress) will be smaller than they were in 2020 and 2018, respectively"
