A 2008 foal did not race in the 2013 Belmont Stakes. The Belmont is limited to 3-year-olds, for those of you in Rio Linda.

So this gelding would have raced in the 2011 Belmont Stakes, except that he didn't, because he couldn't even beat maiden claimers anywhere at 3 that year until he found a humble rock-bottom maiden claimer at Fairplex during the LA County Fair in September -- 3 months after the Belmont.

For the record, the 2013 Belmont Stakes was Palace Malice upsetting Orb. No sign of Myhorseforcourse, who by then was 5, and his trainer had tried to fashion him -- futilely -- as a marathoner in minor allowance races.

In fact, the one and only time Myhorseofcourse even ran at Belmont, he finished dead-last 11th of 11 in a turf claimer.

So Nancy Puffer is puffing on something, or it's a setup, or she's just full of shit, or all three. But hey, Beth Bauman, way to do some fact-checking there at Townhall you fat-faced nimrod quelle surprise...
