That’s only the half of it. With what the amount that is going to enter the state to become a California residence to collect those reparations they won’t have enough housing, enough government services to include law enforcement, street repairs, park protection, food, water.... The list is going to be endless.
And the most interesting part is they are not going to be able to control what is entering the state and will not bail with the money just as soon as they get it. They will leave purchased houses vacant, cars side of road, children in facilities, trash all over, and may rob people on the way out. Newsome is a fool.

We all have that natural instinct to fight like free people against the government for things like black reparations.
However, just like the 1913 US Income Tax , they will make it a mandatory deduction before you see any discretionary money. Will be from sales of cars, boats and houses as well as gambling or lottery winnings and of course, from your pay and bonuses before you see any money.

My heart breaks for my conservative friends in California. Their state is not only broke, it is going to go catastrophically broke. And there is zero doubt they intend to make the Federal Government somehow ride to their rescue, while they grinning and contemptuously give it (and all of us who pay federal taxes) the great big middle finger.
They have destroyed their energy sector. They have so poorly managed their water in the last century, it is going to hit with a vengeance.
They have turned every underpass and empty space into filthy homeless drug dens.
They have taxed and legislated in a way to drive every sane industry out of the state.
How do they think they are going to pay for reparations which shouldn’t be paid at all in any case?

California was not even a slave state! And what about the Chinese, Italians, Huns, Irish and Eastern Europeans who were not considered “White” during that time?

My thoughts is that reparations were paid in blood sacrifice between 1861-1865. Over seven hundred thousand killed, tens of thousands of arms, legs, eyes, families,destroyed homes. We owe NOTHING!

Stupid gets stupider. A state with very high debt is willing to get into deeper debt, by doing the stupidest thing imaginable.
That’s just another reason that Trump should mention regarding why he won’t sign a stimulus bill that would be used to pay down the states’ radical and idiotic spending habits.
