He worked for Biden & Kennedy but it was only two years total back in the 1970s.
I know the feeling, I voted for McGovern in 1972. My civics teacher was the local organizer for McGovern, I helped out a bit in exchange for receiving extra credit.
I was pissed at Ford for pardoning Nixon, that's why I still voted for McGovern...lesson learned. I had a falling out with that teacher, because I accepted an ROTC scholarship. He voiced his "disappointment" in me for accepting that scholarship.
I grew up fast after college, the Army will do that for you. Voted proudly for Reagan in 80/84.
