Being high energy and fine is relative.
Someone with as much strength and vigor and fight as Trump could have a few sniffles or a minor soar throat (i.e. "mild symptoms") and still seem to be of high energy and fine.
This hysteria is going to be ramped up by the hour. Some of these threads today are going to be intolerable.

More likely he has symptoms of a mild cold. He was standing in the rail at a rally the other night and I was worried about that.
It is sickening how the drama queens are saying this changes everything. No, it doesn’t. It is a virus, it needs to be kept away from the vulnerable, otherwise the country needs to go back to work.
