This is video taken out of context. He did say he's running as a proud Democrat for Senate, but then he said he ran as a proud Democrat for Vice President, and now he's running as a proud Democrat for President.
Give the old guy a break for misreading his telepropmter, saying 'running' instead of 'ran.'
