The UKs coronavirus lockdown has impacted every area of healthcare, including cancer treatment, paediatrics, and cardiovascular care, resulting in excess deaths and delays to treatment, according to analysis.
Office for National Statistics (ONS) figures had already revealed on Monday that there were 25,000 excess deaths at private homes since the beginning of the year with only nine per cent being as a result of coronavirus. Another piece of analysis predicted excess deaths would rise directly as a result of the governments Protect the NHS message which deterred people from making medical appointments.

Is it worth all the closed businesses and unemployed? Is it worth all the delayed treatment/diagnosis? The deaths that will result?
God damn it, this is not the Black Plague. It’s not even the “Spanish Flu”.
Its time for the Faucis of the world to stop hating children. End the lockdown. We all know about the virus and go about precautions if we need to.
This was all orchestrated to produce bad numbers to blame on Trump.
My brother got his transplant 2 years ago. Doing very well but really has to isolate himself from store and crowds. Suits him fine, it’s hunting season and he has already taken down a six pointer during bow season.
This is part of the totally insane and irrational prevalent thought of so many. All of this is so disgusting as we are in the new politically generated and media driven "second wave" and the "cases" as the masked people lose their freaking minds.
This is absolutely criminal.
What else is bad about this? If you don’t appear to your drug dealer on their desired schedule, they refuse to prescribe your supposedly needed medication.
