This Mahfouz also owns Hybridon along with Bin Laden in Cambridge, Mass!

Hybridon is a biological products company, working with "antisense",which it leases to Isis and Ibis for Biological warfare weapons antidotes!

Do the terms "dual use-transfer technology-yada,yada, ring a familiar note?

Muwafaq and 'Blessed Relief" were active in the Sudan and Somalia. Operating under the guise of a relief group of sorts. That much is obvious from a simple google search. The locations certainly seem to fit into bin Laden's scheme. Very interesting development.
