It doesn't look to me like any data is being shared, at most only the information system that is used to store and process the information. It will take some tweaking to fit it for the FBI's purposes, but if it gives them a big head start and saves them money, what is the problem? Any data the church has wouldn't help the FBI much either. Members would be among the last to pose a threat.

I have a huge problem when any religious organization starts doing something like this with any Federal Law Enforcement or Intelligence Agency.
