Is that the pimple faced red diaper doper baby lawyer from the left you are talking about?
To: BurbankKarl
Just saw him tonight, on TV. I believe it was on Hardball.

He has one the largest plaintiff law firms in the country
based in New York City.
His top target right now are HMOs.

He's representing someone in the Demron-Enron business I think.

A couple of weeks ago I read that the principal owner of the New York Yankees, George Steinbrenner, might retain David Boies to fight Major League Baseball's new luxury tax and income distribution schemes. Interesting. He would then be fighting against the trend toward socialism in baseball. Anything for a buck, it seems.

Is that the pimple faced red diaper doper baby lawyer from the left you are talking about?Your comment reminded me: I remember seeing a picture of him, posted here on FR, during the height of the election squabble, and being absolutely repulsed by his physical appearance.
You must have seen the same picture.
He not only is physically repulsive, I have since heard that his personality is equally repulsive.
Makes me wonder at his ability to practice law, but I guess repulsiveness is a lawyer trademark, particularly those from the left.

He's away having that "LOSER" tattoo removed from his forehead. The dermatologist discovered that it went more than skin deep.

Hey kids...look what I found online, just in time for the holidays!
GREAT GIFT IDEA: David Boies "Sue-Master" Action Figure!!! Fresh from Al Gore's Re-Inventing Elections Team comes this life-like, super action figure that's sure to please "Little Lawyers" all over!! The David Boies "Sue-Master" Action Figure talks the talk, spewing out legal mumbo-jumbo phrases and stuff like "Today is a fine day to sue somebody." Note the spring-action briefcase, which pops open automatically whenever he is placed within 10 feet of a podium! And it's stuffed full of crumpled and disorganized documents that have nothing to do with each other - just like David's briefcase in real life!!! And kids will love the squeeze-action *Gore-Grimace* on Mr. Boies' face, for all those stupid judges who are interfering with the will of the people!!! And, if you order the David Boies "Sue-Master" Action Figure today, you'll receive ten extra free lawsuit documents for David to have stuffed in his briefcase!!!

He's having his name legally changed to David Muhhamad, and is buying a rifle. He will only be able to shoot himself in the foot, so I wouldn't be too worried.
