So you believe that aggrivated assault is acceptable when someone is expressing a viewpoint that you don't like? Do you believe that a "conservative" judge would choose to selectively enforce the law in this fashion?

......you believe that aggrivated assault is acceptable.......... I believe he should be treated like these spoiled little Thugs and 'useful pro-Totalitarian Dictator idiots' are being treated when they tie up law officers who could be spending their time combating terrorism and protecting the American people..............and give him a light slap on the wrist and let him go.
Maybe that scumbag, underwear-sniffing, girlyman protestor will think twice next time.

What's "aggrivated assault"? It seems to me one citizen was expressing himself freely as protected by the Bill of Rights, informing another that he shouldn'ta oughtn'ta gone and done something as idiotic as PROTEST AGAINST THE VERY NATION THAT SECURES THE FREEDOM HE DEMANDS FOR HIMSELF.

Nah - the perp will get smacked with a fine and some anger control, as it should be, and protesters will think twice about acting like a**es.
Its a win-win.

Yup, it's amazing (and sad) how many people here are defending someone who would use violence to react to a political disagreement. If the political viewpoints were reversed, you can be sure this same group of people would be calling the attacker a terrorist...

Your analysis is incorrect. The fact is that laws against assault are already unenforced when leftists are the assaulters. To convict conservatives of such crimes, in such a society, would be to make them second-class citizens. Fortunately, we have a thing called a "jury."

I believe there are consequences for all actions. The leftist communist got his just consequences...now the patriot will get his. I wish I could run up on some of these bastards....they'd be carried off in ambulance while I'm carried off in a cop car.
"Civil Disobiedience" works both ways.
