According to the Barnaul Ammunition website this company is the exclusive importer of Barnaul ammo.
This looks like another case similar to the 2001 Interordenance raid where the batf approved the import of FAL parts kits, they went through customs and batf inspection then the batf raided the importer and their customers.

So it does indeed appear that it's a routine operation after all: the F-troop routinely approves an importation application, and then busts the importer and the distributer. Competely routine, nothing to see here, move along.

As long as the BATFags exist there is an imminent threat to public safety. Lucky there were no dogs or fourteen year old kids handy for them to shoot.

All day they've been hauling crates out of the business. Sources tell us what they found here is guns -- imported in separate pieces so they're legal -- but the parts can be put together to create illegal assault rifles. For those of you who say the AWB isn't a big deal and effort shouldn't be undertaken to let it sunset ...

"But a source tells us this raid is not in connection with a large crime ring or terrorism" Oh thank goodness, I feel so much safer now.

Sources tell us that it's the makings of serious weapons that spurred this raid." Series weapons. This is hugh!

The BATF ceased to be a legitimate federal agency at Waco.
I think the nation would be much safer if we raided their offices, sealed thier doors and put every last one of them in solitary confinement for a decade. Talk about a conspiracy... the BATF fits my definition to a tee.
They answer to nobody. If they are called to testify they lie like the sons of bit-hes they are. They conduct raids and nobody even knows why. They're too damned important to tell the common folks.
The BATF is one step away from being the SS and I'm not convinced at times they aren't.
After Waco I have thought the agency should be disbanded. Since that time I've become even more convinced.

I like the idea of a whole bunch of people showing up with video cameras to document what "F" troop is doing.
Maybe if we start "publicizing" these raids on the net we can wake up some people.
TTFTH yet?

I think I found the part in the
Barnaul Ammunition site that got BATF's knickers in a twist:
The main trend in constructing and production of this type of ammunition is the cartridges with a high piercing and armor piercing capabilities. The cartridge 7N10 surely penetrates a steel slab of 16 mm in thickness at a distance of 100 meters and some elements of titanic alloys armor vests at a distance of 200 meters. The cartridge 7N22 penetrates an armor slab of 6 mm in thickness at a distance of 250 meters. The cartridge 7N13 penetrates an armor slab of 10 mm in thickness at a distance of 200 meters. The cartridge 57-BZ-561S penetrates an armor slab of 20 mm in thickness at an angle of 20 0 at a distance of 300 meters.

We've learned it belongs to a business called P-W Arms Incorporated -- that deals in ammunition. A man who doesn't want to be identified says he's seen piles of old ammo inside.
"Enough to fill a couple of 48 foot trailers -- maybe two or three," he said.
So what? If their business is to deal in ammo, two or three truck loads doesn't seem like very much.

BATF = US Gestapo. How did the German Gestapo get dismantled? Sadly, the BATF is here to stay.

Interesting Article. There seems to be a rash of shut downs and shop closures in the area lately
As of December, the ATF had recommended eight license revocations in the past three years in a region that includes about 6,800 gun dealers in Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Oregon, Hawaii and Guam. It also issued 31 warning letters, held 17 warning conferences and recommended that 50 license applicants be turned down. Twenty-eight licensees voluntarily surrendered their licenses after ATF investigations.

Unless they have put their stamp of competion on the investigation by shooting someone in the face or stomping a pet to death If I were in Redmond I would be real scared.
Their ought to be a Amber Alert sent out: F Troop in area. Hide your children and pets.

Now that we have a Republican Congress and Republican President, the ATF is still doing the same old crap, and even getting more money.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
