Unanimous!!! Wow, 11-zip against the three-judge panel that wanted to delay this thing.

They didn't want this being overturned by SCOTUS.

Great news. The rule of law still stands for something.

Odd that this would be unanimous. Didn't this panel include the three judges who originally decided to delay the vote?

Be ready now for more mischief AFTER the vote, probably a replay of Florida 2000.

I highly recommend you all read Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" Alinsky was hillary's mentor when she was at college, she interned with him.

In "Rules for Radicals" there is a chapter on how to steal an election. It was the play book used by the Democrats in Florida, no doubt they will try it again.

No, none of the three judge panel were on this eleven judge panel.

"Unanimous" in this instance means there is no written disenting opinion

No. The original ruling disenfranchised 400k of absentee voters who had already cast the vote. This was a slam dunk decision.

The problem remains the TWO repub candidates. This was just about rousing the Dems from their stupor. (Bush/Gore does that)<

This means that the 9th Circus is not as far out there as the Florida and New Jersey state supreme courts

Yes! Now, the R that trails in the polls after the debate needs to fold.

The disenfranchised voters only show up though if a Republican wins! And it seems that one of their goals with the original 9th Circuit decision was to destoy the momentum the recall had gained, and its popularity. I hope they didn't succeed with that, and that the polls indicating "Davis has gained support" are bogus.

The moment Grayout asked for the election to continue on the original time schedule, I knew there was hanky panky afoot.

He has a chance now with the pubbies splitting the ticket and figures if he waits for the pubbies to get their candidates in order he will lose, so of course, the judges' are most definately following marching orders by the DNC.

Corrupt spineless partisan manipulation of this sort should be reserved for places like Zimbabwe, not California.

Unfreepin' believable. And the 9th circus oh so cleaverly did their duty the moment Slick came to town stumping for Davis.

(Quick aside, after 15 posts this is my first "reply to". I was beginning to get a complex...thanks.)

Ok, ok...a great R with a long and distinguished record of public service and Arnold who can win and spare us from Davis/Bustamante.

No, it is that the 9th can't stand the ridicule attached to yet another VERY HIGHLY PUBLICIZED "bitch slap" by the Supremes.

The moment Grayout asked for the election to continue on the original time schedule, I knew there was hanky panky afoot. You may be right, the fix may be in - finally. I personally the fix may be a payout somehow to McClintock who if he RossPerot's Arnold and leaves senior Busty as gobernor for life, then we will never forgive him.
