I highly recommend you all read Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" Alinsky was hillary's mentor when she was at college, she interned with him.

In "Rules for Radicals" there is a chapter on how to steal an election. It was the play book used by the Democrats in Florida, no doubt they will try it again.

And it seems that one of their goals with the original 9th Circuit decision was to destoy the momentum the recall had gained, and its popularity.
