You're right, of course, Rob. If these lunatics could distinguish fantasy from reality, they wouldn't be "Liberals" in the first place. The vast majority of so-called "journalists" are "Liberals" and, as you say, live in a mutually reinforcing, delusional paradigm that they mistake for reality.

Probably the two best programs for graduate work in international relations are at Tufts in Boston, and at Johns Hopkins in D.C. You should probably take one in D.C. because so many sources and so much information will be there for the picking.
Wherever you go, you will almost certainly be swimming upstream against a heavy lib-Dem tide. But you probably already know that, and are prepared for it. Best wishes, and ask for any help that any of us can offer.

Heck, let's bump it again.
Good work, CC. Used the CNN Baghdad bureau self-censorship argument myself earlier this week, on some Libs who had brought up this little whine by Christiane. It shut them right up, it was great. You've done a lot more with it, <*golf clap*>.

As usual, Cathryn does such a good job of using the lib's words against them that I can't read the whole thing before I blow my top and post:
All of the entire body politic in my view, whether it's the administration, the intelligence, the journalists, whoever, did not ask enough questions, for instance, about weapons of mass destruction. I mean, it looks like this was disinformation at the highest levels."
Never mind that this woman is a household-name professional journalist and she uses "like" only slightly less often than Moon Unit Zappa in "Valley Girl." If there was a big WMD conspiracy, Christie baby, why were Bill Clinton and Madeline Albright in on it?
Let's also not forget two things:
First, on 9/11, the WMDs were boxcutters. And second...
SALMAN PAK, YOU TWIT!!!

CNN is having a rough time of it lately. Not only has it been thoroughly trounced in the ratings war by Fox News, it has had to admit that they have a problem with facts Aw, shucks, no kidding...!

But seriously, this is news???

Great column.
Perhaps what poor, persecuted Christiane and CNN are so upset about is that it is so much harder nowadays to make up facts and report them as truth, since there is decent competition in the cable news business, both from Fox News and MSNBC.
I believe the internet has more to do with this fact checking than Fox or MSNBC. MRC watches the media like a hawk.
