Any Catholic who helps procure an abortion is excommunicated. Ergo, no way is Obama a Catholic. Though if he repents, accepts Jesus Christ as his Savior and recites the Apostles Creed (and whatver else has to be done...), we’ll take him in our church of sinners as soon as possible.

How many of these are you gonna post today, Alex?
------
Many people may be surprised that Muslims love Mary, the mother of Jesus. In the Quran, no woman is given more attention than Mary. Mary receives the most attention of any woman mentioned in the Quran even though all the Prophets with the exception of Adam had mothers. Of the Quran's 114 chapters, she is among the eight people who have a chapter named after them.

Unless I've missed something, this is satire, no?
The author is having a jab at those who consider Obama to be a Muslim and is instead, putting forward a tongue-in-cheek proposal that he could, in fact, be Catholic. Essentially, he's saying that there's as much (and perhaps more) evidence that Obama is Catholic as there is that he is Muslim.
It's meant to be funny..........I think!

But Catholics? As any reader of "The DaVinci Code" knows, the Catholic Church can keep its secrets for centuries. That's a fictional book. This author just lost all credibility with that statement.

It's like the old problem of trying to do a parody of The National Inquirer: the real thing is so far out there it's next-to-impossible to out do it to mock it. Anti-Catholic bigots, in turn, have to subscribe to such moronically ridiculous beliefs regarding their view of Catholicism that it's very difficult to discern if they are kidding or not.
To: dblshot
there aren't a lot of Catholic terrorists running around
Tell that to the Brits a couple of decades ago.
They weren't doing that in the name of Catholicism. They were doing that in the name of Ireland, but they happened to claim Catholicism as their religion. Big, big difference.

I am thinking it is totally nuts and the admin moderator should remove it. Insulting to all Christians.

Father: Tell me your sins, my son.
Jerry: Well, I should tell you that Im Jewish.
Father: Thats no sin.
Jerry: Oh good. Anyway, I wanted to talk to you about Dr. Whatley. I have a suspicion that hes converted to Judaism just for the jokes.
Father: And this offends you as a Jewish person?
Jerry: No, it offends me as a comedian.

If he is a closet Catholic then he is living the Catholic faith as well as Nancy Pelosi, Ted Kennedy and John Kerry.
