Why would Christ save those and then condemn them to hell ? So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free. -- Jn 8:36

Romans 8 verse 1:
1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Those who are in Christ ? there is now no condemnation that they face from God.... for who shall condemn ?
Same chapter :
33. Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
For we were in Christ at the cross when God passed his judgment upon Christ in our stead.
God condemned sin in the flesh, Christ's flesh.
God's elect ? his loved ones ? those who are saved and are in Christ ? God's judgment has already passed over them... so how can God or any judicial judgment be placed upon them again ? that would be double jeopardy.
