Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.(Jeremiah 31:31-34)

One of the unique aspects of Israel, is that she alone of all of the nations of the earth, has been brought into a successive set of covenants with God, through which God deals with Israel and through her, all of humanity.

The Abrahamic covenant is an unconditional covenant giving Israel a land, a promise of millions of descendants, blessing from God, and through the seed of Abraham, blessing for every family on earth.

The Mosaiac covenant is a conditional covenant which established for Israel the conditions whereby she could remain in the Land.It features Blessing/Cursing sanctions according to Israel’s observance of the laws, statutes and ordinances of the Covenant.

The Davidic Covenant re-iterated the Land promise, but specified a Kingly rule, through the line of David. David and his sons entered into Adoption by God, David would be the Son of God and God would be His father.

The Davidic covenant was both conditional and unconditional, in the sense that God promised to chastise any of David’s sons who erred, but assured Israel that one of David’s seed would rule on the throne forever!

The New Covenant was announced by the prophets Jeremiah,Isaiah and Ezekiel. Jeremiah prophesied immediately before the Babylonian captivity, when it became evident that Israel, ad the remnant nation Judah had failed to keep the Mosaic covenant and were coming under the curse of the covenant, in spite of the Temple, it’s redemptive services, the Prophets and their warnings and the reforms of some of the better Kings of Israel, such as Hezekiah and Josiah.

And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it. And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.(Leviticus 26:32-33)

The New Covenant was not addressed to the Baptists or the Assemblies of God, originally it was extended as a continuity to the other Covenants God gave to Israel,”… to the house of Israel and the house of Judah…”.

Ironically neither Judah or Israel as a whole have yet entered into it.

Other than the case of individual Jews such as Saul of Tarsus, Peter, James, John, and the earliest church which was almost entirely Jewish, the New Covenant remains unfulfilled by the nation of Israel.

Therefore up until very recently the Jewish people remain under the “curse of the Law” of Moses, the sanctions of the previous conditional Covenant are fulfilled every single day against them,

And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the Lord thy God. And it shall come to pass, that as the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it. And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the Lord shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind: And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life: In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.(Deuteronomy 28:62-67)

Has not this been the sad testimony of the Jewish people wherever they have been scattered across the globe, in this extended ‘night’ season from 70 AD up until the late 1940s? Doesn’t this describe the endless wandering, pograms, uprisings, Hamans, Hitlers Stalins, Saddam Husseins, building and tearing down, only to have to build up again, and then to have to move away suddenly?

The LORD announced the New Covenant for Israel , to replace the Old, conditional, often broken covenant of blessing and curses.Just as Moses had to go back up the mountain to replace the first Law, a New Covenant is Necessitated.

Rather than a Law external and written on Stone, God himself would write the Law on the hearts of men, through a NEW Birth, He would remove the stony heart of insensitivity to God, and replace it with a new tender heart, responsive to God, able to worship in Spirit and in Truth.

In the unconditional New Covenant, inaugurated between God and Himself, (As in the Abrahamic covenant) Men would be able to undergo a NEW Birth . The Bloody sacrifice that God came through, was not this time a broken Bull,Ram or sheep, but through the broken body of the Messiah.

“This is the cup of the New Covenant, shed in my blood for the remission of sins…”.

Not very far geographically from where Abram offered his son Isaac, on Mt Moriah, the Messiah offered himself a sacrifice to God to inaugurate the New Covenant. Abram said “God will provide HIMSELF a Ram”, then saw a Ram trapped by the horns on a thicket of thorns. But the Messiah’s head was crowned with thorns, when He offered himself.

All who would come out from under the curse of the broken Law, must believe in their hearts that Jeshua Messiah, died for their sins to satisfy the claims of the Law of God against them. By this turning and faith they enter into the New Covenant, and can legitimately exit the old.

The New Covenant is the Feast held by the King in Jesus’ parable, that the near friends of the King failed to come into, giving this excuse or that. The King decided if his friends weren’t coming, he would bring in the “Riff raff”, the poor, lame, beggar, “non people” to enjoy the feast.

This is how it is that a thoroughly Jewish concept, the NEW Covenant, promised to the house of Israel and of Judah, has ended up being the spiritual habitation of gentiles from every tribe and tongue for two thousand years. Moses warned them from the beginning,

They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.(Deuteronomy 32:21)

But there are provisions of the New Covenant, which no gentile could fulfill. The time is near when the chosen people, who failed to enter into the wedding feast will be brought fully into it. As Paul says, if their casting away be mercy for the gentiles, what shall their return be, but resurrection of the dead for the whole world!”.

I just have one question for you.
If God does not keep his promises to Israel why should he keep them for you?

Quote from article-Rather than a Law external and written on Stone, God himself would write the Law on the hearts of men..

It is why He used 30/60/100 for a reason in His Parable of the Sower..

Those numbers are exactly what Israel encountered in the wilderness..

And religion misses that amazing parallel..
It helps if they counted like He does..

Hey pastor,
I will try. I didn’t receive this anywhere but from Him.
Only He gets the glory! And I suspect most won’t see it. A natural view is first and then the spiritual meaning just explodes.

The 30/60/100 takes a renewing of the way Israel was taught to count.
It also is easier to ‘see’ with different Bible versions as different versions have hidden one of those numbers.

It starts in Exodus- with the first Passover-
The 14th day of the 1st month, at evening..

They began their journey out of Egypt, the next Day- 15th day of the 1st month, after being delivered by the blood of the Lamb..

Exodus 16-
Israel comes to the wilderness of sin, on the 15th Day of the 2nd month( 30 days after being delivered by the blood of the Lamb)

The next day, the 16th of the 2nd month (after 30 days) He fed them manna from heaven.. Also after the 30 days, He fed them quail and gave them water from the Rock.. (In essence, He was teaching them His Calendar all the while feeding them but we will stick with the spiritual relevance of the Bread of Life and Life giving water from the Rock )

So, After 30 days, from being delivered by the blood of the Lamb
Israel was fed manna from heaven.

Continuing on their journey- they arrive at Sinai (Exodus 19) - in the 3rd month, on the very day they left Egypt, they came to the wilderness of Sinai-
That is either the 15th day of the 16th Day- as they certainly began their journey on the 15th of the 1st month (experts conflict- but the major point is the 15th day of the 1st month to the 15th day of the 3rd month is 60 days.

Scripture says they were to get prepared for the 3rd day. We know on that 3rd day, at Sinai there was thunders and lightnings and a thick cloud upon the mountain and a trumpet blast with all Israel assembled. And God thundered down His Law to Israel, the 10 Commandments.

The hearing of the law occurred after 60 days (not 50) from Israel being delivered by the blood of the Lamb.

After 60 days from being delivered by the blood of the Lamb, Israel heard His Law thundered from Sinai..

Further in the account,we have Moses going up the mount for 40 days.(Exodus 24)
On the 40th day, Moses comes down the mount with the two tablets of the covenant, the 10 Commandments(Exodus 32). 40 days after they had already been on their journey in the wilderness for 60.
60+40=100

The tablets of the covenant, the 10 Commandments, written by His Finger came down the mount after 100 days.

After 100 days from being delivered by the blood of the Lamb, Israel received the tablets of the covenant, the 10 Commandments- written on stone with His Finger.

Note- Aaron declared that a ‘chag’, a Feast, that day and still is today, called the Feast of Weeks. It commemorates Moses coming down the mount with the law written on stone, the same Holy day in Acts 2, when the Holy Spirit came down and wrote the law on the hearts of men..
But it isn’t 50 days like Judaism teaches because they ignore one day each month in the Father’s calendar that isn’t one of His 6 work days or Sabbath (new Moon Day)

There is never just 50 days after 7 Sabbaths on the Father’s calendar (something religion gets wrong in Leviticus 23:15)
On the Father’s calendar (found in Scripture) there is a new moon day (at least one) that when one counts 7 Sabbaths, the day after the 7th Sabbath will be either the 51st or 52nd.
So Leviticus is showing a second count- a numbering of 50 days after the 51 or 52 days that one reaches on the Father’s calendar. (Ezekiel 46:1- 1 new moon day +6 work +1 Sabbath)

Exodus confirms this when one follows the journey Israel takes. But it can’t be seen with Rome’s calendar (because they ignore Ezekiel 46:1)

30/60/100 folds
After 30 days from being delivered from bondage by the blood of the Lamb-
Fed with the Bread of Life and refreshed by the water from the Rock

After 60-
Hearing of His Law, His 10 Commandments

After 100-
The 10 Commandments written on the tablets of one’s heart.

Or we’re wayside,rocky and thorny..

Another way to see 30/60/100 in light of Israel and the Kingdom
30- outer court
60- inner court/Holy place( levite priests)
100- most Holy place (priests of Zadok)

There are people who think the 10 Commandments are not as vital or some can be ignored, or some have more relevance than others-Scripture says they would be called ‘least’ in the Kingdom.

They would be ‘30’ (least)- and in !ight of Israel’s journey, they will neither hear His Law(60), nor have it written on the tablets of their heart(100)- great in the Kingdom.

When one is blessed to see this, they can see why the patience of the saints in Revelation is keeping the Commandments of God AND faith- and why the enemy’s goal is to cause people to break His Commandments(Revelation 13)

The world needs ears to hear and eyes to see.
Why can’t people see this? They don’t count or tell time like He taught Israel.
Times and laws changing truly blind believers..

Only He can give us those ears and eyes..

And He isnt a respector of persons. If I can know this just by observing His Calendar, anyone can.

But it may take unlearning lots of ‘givens’ people and certainly organizations, would be hardpressed to dump. A humbling experience..

People will never see this until they see 1 New Moon +6 work days + 1 Sabbath..

Until then, Judaism and Christianity will miss one of His ‘chags’ - Feast of Weeks, which is also the ‘birthday’ of the Church every year. Which can be shown with the Father’s calendar, and Exodus, to be after 100 days from Passover.
Not 50.

30/60/100
Judaism and Christianity never gets to ‘100’ because they never get to ‘60’..

Our journey, spiritual Israel, is no different.. Where are we on the journey in the wilderness?

Wayside,rocky thorny,or 30,60,100?

All for His Glory!

[[His promises were contingent, as indicated in the questions I posed.]]

(Ezekiel 36:21) But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went.

(Ezekiel 36:22) Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name’s sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.

(Ezekiel 36:23) And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

(Ezekiel 36:24) For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.

(Ezekiel 36:25) Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

(Ezekiel 36:26) A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

(Ezekiel 36:27) And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

(Ezekiel 36:28) And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.

(Ezekiel 36:29) I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you.

(Ezekiel 36:30) And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen.

(Ezekiel 36:31) Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations.

(Ezekiel 36:32) Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.

(Ezekiel 36:33) Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded.

(Ezekiel 36:34) And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that passed by.

(Ezekiel 36:35) And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited.

(Ezekiel 36:36) Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it.

(Ezekiel 36:37) Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock.

(Ezekiel 36:38) As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

I just have a few questions for you dispensationalists:

http://prophecyquestions.com/2014/01/10/prophecy-questions-specifically-for-dispensationalists/

I read thru your questions and of course no one is going to respond since there are too many to cover...However, it should be noted that every one of these questions have been addressed comprehensively by countless numbers of dispensationalists using scripture alone...In fact, it is the biblical answers and responses to those questions that turn people into dispensationalists...
