the question revolves not around Bergoglio’s theocratic mindset, but whether or not he will stand with tradition and insist that those flouting it, particularly in educational organizations, be removed...
if not, all the proclamations of piety and tradition are meaningless...
My impression is that he errs in the opposite direction. If he were a "theocrat" he would enforce God's laws.
