PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - An Episcopal priest accused of molesting children at an elite Rhode Island boarding school and elsewhere has been removed from the priesthood.
The Episcopal Diocese of Central Pennsylvania announced Monday that it had defrocked the Rev. Howard White. The diocese says White accepted his removal but didn't admit guilt. White didn't immediately return a message seeking comment Tuesday.
The move came after an investigation into widespread abuse at St. George's School in Middletown, Rhode Island, found White abused children there in the 1970s before being fired. He went on to teach in other private schools.

Why is he not in jail.
Statute of limitations, which makes sense. I believe murder is the only crime that has no statute of limitations. Can you imagine the practical and legal nightmare if criminal charges could be brought forty years after alleged sexual crimes had been committed?
If only they could marry.............

Oh, the charges are alleged...yet he gets fired.
If he did it, there is no limit.
But wait...I thought Episcopagans could

In previous times, priests were real men.
I once knew a Catholic Priest, a former US Marine. He was involved in the management of some diocesan schools. After a number of complaints from young men and parents regarding a certain male teacher, he pulled said teacher aside and privately told him: “If I hear any more complaints regarding you and any other boys, I WILL personally beat the SHIT out of you.” The teacher then resigned at the end of the semester.
Problem handled and solved, reputations left intact, scandal avoided.
If only a few real men in the 1960’s and 1970’s had acted thus. The Church would have avoided a devastating problem.
LOL!
To Judge a case, it requires details and the truth with evidence.
In the 50s and 60s there was a healthy taboo structure in America. During the seventies it was put under assault and is now extinct. Thank the democrap party and repugnicrat enablers for this ‘transformation’ of a once great Republic.
Often what happens, just like the Catholic church, is that the incident is covered up, the teacher is allowed to resign quietly, and is passed on to another private school.

Note that in the Clark Noble case, he also taught at private schools Shawnigan Lake School and Ridley College. He was passed around like a hot potato.
If it happens once, it’s time to go Biblical on their evil ways.
Yes, there’s a limit. There’s a difference between losing your job (close to retirement) and being indicted and going to prison based on an incident that had happened forty years prior. Getting a conviction based on testimony forty years after an incident would be difficult...to put it mildly.
My gaydar is finely tuned. I have a 99.5% accuracy rate.
I send my child to a conservative Episcopalian school.
At the meet and greet it became wholly apparent that the Headmaster is a homo, and that the Rector is a married crypto-homo.
No one else has ever commented on this, and I am leery of making waves if the headmaster has made an overt effort at celibacy.
Thoughts?
If only they would just move them to another diocese.
I am no longer an Episcopalian. The mind of a homosexual is degenerated. If they are overt but claim celibacy, I do not believe them. If they do not identify, there is a chance they are truly ‘fighting the demon’.
When i say overt I mean obvious.
He is obviously a homo from his mannerisms, IMO.
