When deciding whether a specific action is sinful, I would believe the Bible over an alleged Bishop in the Church of England. What explanation could this “Bishop” possibly give that outweighs the clear prohibitions in scripture?
I think it can be justified that a mental illness is not a sin. Is that what this "top bishop" is saying?
It's not my place to say whether two men shagging each other is a sin or not but I can't say it is what I would call natural either.
