What’s the chance about half the bishops in the CofE are gay themselves? That seems to be the way things go nowadays. Actually, maybe it’s always been that way. They’re just not hiding any longer.

I was at the Mariners game yesterday.

There were two guys large carrying banners decrying sin, calling for repentance, and citing Corinthians.

And the big surprise, they didn't mention homosexuality.

They cited the verse mentioning "drunkards not entering the Kingdom of God."

A very apt, and ACCURATE thing to point out to people.

We're ALL sinners.

*Only* homosexuals proclaim that they are NOT.

Not sure why gays think they are somehow better than Jesus.

Technically, the bible does not speak about transgendered people or acts, and so - yeah

Homosexuality, tho - I’m sure the Bible has a few choice statements

There are many gray areas in Scripture, with verses to be found supporting multiple positions. Homosexuality and transgenderism are not among them. The Word is crystal clear on the sinfulness of them.

As with some of the protestant denominations here, this is just an attempt to pad the member roles and put butts in the seats and checks in the collection plate. So I’m wondering - how do you worship the God of the universe while denying His Word? And Catholics may want to ponder this while their current leadership works toward the same end.
