Whenever I hear talk about what Hillary will do next, I am reminded of this conversation :

I suspect this is a mixture of Hillary Clinton telling people what she thinks they want to hear, and reporters expanding "wants to preach" into "wants to become a minister."
As the article goes on to say, the Methodists "have a long history of lay preaching." Guest preachers may not be that uncommon and one may not have to preach very often to be a guest preacher.
