That’s interesting. Back in the nineties, a book purporting to do a psycho-analysis on Hitler was banned by the govt, on the notion that to understand all was to forgive all. I think it eventually made its way into print.

Herbert Marcuse and his fellow Marxist demoralists demonstrate that Freudian psychobable has very little to do with reality.

Nonetheless, insofar as crazy can be understood, studying the ideological pedigree of the thoughts expressed in Mein Kampf is a valid exercise.
