Not your grandmother's Nativity Set - heck, it's not even Donald Trump's!

Even the White House has more dignity and class and respect that the cocaine snorting, child-porn sodomite mafioso perverts in Vatican City, all under the watchful eye of the Pope of Mercy.
Oh, look, its the corporal works of mercy all taking precedence over the Nativity of the WORD MADE FLESH, lost somewhere in that menagerie of artistic arrogance.
When you look at this, where is the eye drawn? Who or what is the most significant figure?
Those rigid Three Wise Guys passing by that naked buff man with the six pack abs to worship God come to earth.
Any man with a body like that isn't hungry and isn't incapable of work. Now, if he were beaten and dirty and old and broken the point might have been made.
The point is not made. Instead, it is a god to the homosexual perverts in the Vatican. What a disgusting and revolting situation we are in.
Shame on Bergoglio. May he get a big lump of high sulphur coal in his stocking.

Well, in Portugal it is traditional to have a man defecating behind the stable. Its sort of a cultural/Catholic/Latino thing. Im not offended. Ive been collecting nativity scenes for many years.

What kind of person find that sexually provocative?Ok, let's see now. Perhaps Bergoglio, Coccopalmerio, and definitely, Bergoglio's house mother, Msg Ricca.

In case you missed the purpose, it represents the 7 Works of Mercy. Clothing the naked, burying the dead, visiting the imprisoned, feeding the hungry, giving water to the thirsty, sheltering the homeless, and caring for the sick.

I didn’t miss anything.
It’s a huge distraction to the actual nativity scene.

My eye was drawn to the hung-over guy in the front. I’m guessing that is Joseph after an all-night binge after realizing his wife just had the son of God.

Not a misdirection at all. A reminder of why Christ was born. Some people don’t want to be reminded.

Well using a porn star model for the clothing the naked is an epic fail. Because using a well fed, well muscled man fully capable of working for food and clothing is stupid.

That naked guy is mighty buff. The artist put him on a parallel plane to the newborn Christ.
Why do you suppose that might be?
Keep in mind that we’ve all seen the Pieta, which shows a partially clothed Christ lying in his mother’s arms.
The naked guy in the nativity scene gives off a totally different vibe—more like the sculptures we see from a Ancient Rome.

The beauty of the Nativity is that it speaks to all aspects of the Christian life. It needs no touching up from us. Any attempt to embellish it and make it "relevant" ends up cheapening it, just as banners with slogans draped around the sanctuary during Mass, do not enhance the Holy Sacrifice but rather distract from it.
At best, this is a tacky, distracting, inaccurate exhibit which buries the Holy Family and humble shepherds amidst a crowd of unrecognized faces. At worst, it is a homosexual blasphemy.

A reminder of why Christ was born. Are you serious? What about Good Friday?
Bergoglio has been using every religious feast day he can to politicize his false "mercy" gig,

The 7 Corporal Works of Mercy should not be mixed in with the Nativity. They are distractions. Bizarre and inappropriate.

> In case you missed the purpose
The assumed purpose. You deny your own humanity, flesh and sin if you don’t understand the point being made by those critical of this display.
There can be another purpose in the hearts of powerful and corrupt men.
And we see it.
You sound like a complete hypocrite.
