The Diocese Evansville has a new Bishop, Joseph M. Siegel lately of the Joliet Diocese, does anyone know anything about him beyond what is posted on Wikipedia?

Second, I know one things about the new bishop. He was appointed by Dope Francois which makes him suspect of holding heterodox ideas.
