You know who you are. You are the person other people tip toe around when it comes to discussing current events or religion. You are the person who can spend hours devouring scripture or news with equal vigor, pointing out last days events to anyone who would listen to you. You are semi-shunned at church. You are disinvited from church socials, because you are just too intense and narrow-minded. You are called a conspiracy theorist or a Jesus Freak behind your back. You are always going on about the Lords return and that Rapture thingy. Admit it. You are one of them, one of those prophecy nuts.
Isnt it ironic how that we live in the most prophetically active times since the days of Christ, and yet the world has somehow reached the pinnacle of its skepticism and cynicism? Now, I am not even talking about the unbelieving, Christ rejecting world. They have always been skeptical and mocking of our faith. But it would seem that the trend these days within the majority of professing Christendom, is to join in on the mocking of those who believe in a Pre-Tribulation Rapture and literal understanding of future events as laid out in the Bible.
When Christ walked the earth, the dominant world super-power at the time was Rome, and they worshipped the gods such as Diana and Jupiter. Furthermore, Jesus Himself performed hundreds of miracles, the biggest of which was bringing Lazarus back from the dead, and then resurrecting Himself, after the most brutal, public, and painful death a person could have
being publicly flogged, then nailed naked to a cross to suffocate to death. No faking that. And yet, the nation was not convinced.

I always get my tinfoil hats from Commander Nully.
Shiny side out, sir!!
Hang on, there’s a chem trail being laid down by a TR-3B outside. I think that Elvis is flying it.
Us rapturites have “tinfoils” apparently too.
Nully has a great pic explaining the various tinfoil hat styles.
Perhaps, if we’re lucky, he’ll post it!!
The Bible contains literally hundreds of promises from the Lord concerning His coming back to the earth to deliver His people and establish His kingdom here. The only problem is that many professing Christians have quit believing in them and thus have quit looking for the Lord to return.
That's right cause so many Christians have swallowed the prosperity gospel thinking and are more interested in their best life now.
Well, if this is indeed their best life now, they they are heading for hell.
Honestly, it amazes me the vehement hatred some professing Christians have towards others who believe like this article states.
Time to go adjust the tin foil.
Is Butters back?

yep
Waiting for that peanut gallery to show up here too. You know they will.
**When Christ walked the earth, the dominant world super-power at the time was Rome, and they worshipped the gods such as Diana..**
Rome is still doing that.
I agree with the analysis and it has been true for me. But just want to point out that it all still applies to a person who might hold to a historic pre-millenial position which would lean to a post-tribulation view; maybe even more so.
But Rick Warren says we should not discuss eschatology because it diverts people away from what is important.?.? Is Rick a deceiver? (Answer: yes!)
I’m sure Warren, Osteen & the Pope are going to usher in the “Kingdom of God” and hand those keys over to Christ soon.
Those three love to talk about a god that they never really want to be around.
And more than that, had Jesus come back a couple thousand years ago as some religious groups contend, WHERE IS HE???
Do these people really think muzlims and others could get away with killing Christians thru-out the World if Jesus was here reigning as the King of Kings??? And do they think he came back long ago but now is no where to be found or he operates only in an obscure spiritual realm with no power???
It is my contention that many Christians identify as such not because they are born again members of the body of Christ but because they attend a church somewhere...
http://www.americancatholictruthsociety.com/articles/sheen.htm . It strts heating up @7:45
He’s talking about his biggest miracle while prior to the crucifixion. That said, I’d agree the Resurrection is His greatest so far.
Yeah. Princess Diana. Sure makes me feel like turning Anglican.
Are these rapture/scripture believing Christians the same group calling themselves “Evangelicals”?
Serious question, thanks!
