Look for a Presbyterian Church in America, Orthodox Presbyterian Church, or an Associate Reform Presbyterian Church.
I’m not promising that every one of these have a high(er) church form of worship, but it is a good starting point.

I just recommended orthodox Presbyterian to someone recently for just those reasons.
seem to be the only ones left besides the high church break-off Anglicans and the Latin Mass Catholics. at least in this neck of the woods.
There’s an Orthodox Presbyterian church here in town, and the pastor believes the Old testament law still applies.
He thinks disobedient sons should be put to death, that astrologers and psychics should be put to death, that adulterers should be put to death and that pagan religions like Islam and Hinduism should be banned.
I think he’s totally mistaken in that belief.
