That makes sense. Displaying the faith with good works shows that you want the gift of grace, even though those cannot earn that grace.

Many have replied, “Can you be a _______and be a Christian? Let’s take adultery. Jesus rescued the woman at the well who was going to be stoned for adultery. He spoke the famous, “He who is without sin cast the first stone.” He then admonished her for her adultery, and then He spoke the words that should answer this question regardless of what you fill in the blank, “Go, and sin no more.”
