(A Word of Caution in Light of the ongoing Vigano Testimony Drama)
Good grief it’s time to wake up, Catholic friends. This is just the tip of a very large iceberg. Research a little bit on how Francis attained the papacy...
Jones emphasizes that it's more about homosexuality than pedophilia but the latter has occurred and seems worse to me. The media and others don't want it to tarnish homosexuals. So Francis' appeal to let the media decide seems shrewd and deflecting.
I remember Fr. Marcel Maciel accompanied Pope JPII on a trip to Mexico. That pope finally was forced to put Maciel in prayer and penance but it was late in the day.
Very sad and disturbing business. I had hoped the worst was over.
