Justice has NOT prevailed. This man was arrested and had to go to a judge to be given what is his PLAIN RIGHT. On top of that the jack boot suffered no sanction whatsoever and can arrest this man for anything he wants whenever to mood strikes him, as he HAS already done.

The leftist principle of “lawfare,” where the process becomes the punishment. It creates a chilling effect on any further attempts at free speech from this man and many others when they know that a they can be arrested unjustly for exercising their natural, God-given rights.
