This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 1 JOHN 5:14

Abba Father, we humbly come before Your majestic throne with tears streaming down our faces. Our nation, having once known the Truth, has turned away. Not only from the biblical truth but from the whole culture built upon that truth, and much of the church treads the same broad highway to hell. Having rejected You O Lord and Your knowledge, Americans have lost the whole Christian culture except for small islets of truth where Your Light shines. Your people are now exiles in a Post-Christian paganized culture where our foolish generation (Romans 1) live in a universe where everything has been reduced to matter and evolutionary energy. For this generation there is nobody home in the universe. Other idolators, imagining in their evil hearts that matter and evolutionary energies are the cause of all things, have enthroned it as a universal solar deity within a pyramid shaped room in the United Nations. You have created us as man and woman in Your spiritual image O Lord, but in rejecting and hating You O Lord, our foolish generation have made themselves into nothing, so in their evil imaginations each one invents an identity with no existence.

Even more evil than this have we seen, O Lord. “For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in My house have I found their wickedness, saith the Lord.” (Jeremiah 23:11) And God says, “Where has this wickedness sprung from? It has sprung from My own house.” Abba Father, we cry out to You O Lord because in our generation truth is nowhere to be found in most churches. These false priests and prophets do not come in the name of our Lord because they do not believe in Him. The empty words they speak are echoes of the Godless society around them. When they say here is the message of God it is only the message of unbelieving man. They are priests of the deceit of their own hearts. They have risen up against You O Lord (Jeremiah 36:22-34)! They destroy Your Word by not reading and teaching it as written and by replacing Genesis with anti-creation evolutionary conceptions.

Though there is so much wickedness, idolatry, and corruption throughout our land and the church, we humbly beseech You O Lord to have pity upon us! Please Lord, send the Holy Spirit that He may fill this generation with fear and trembling. Wake this foolish generation up to the knowledge of its wickedness and desperate need of confession and repentance. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen
