Assad has always been the most sympathetic to Christians of the mideast leaders since the Saudis had the Bush family exterminate Saddam (who had a Christian vice president. The Christian vice president was sentenced to death by the US installed puppet government for the crime of “persecution of Islamic parties”)
The anti-messiah and the false prophet shall come. It has already been foretold. Very few people in the world, relatively speaking, know this will happen.
In the middle of the 7 year peace deal, the anti-messiah will declare himself to be “God”. And then shall be great tribulation. No doubt these words mean next to nothing to the unbelieving world at this point. Oh well.

Trying to preventing someone from believing in Jesus (who doesn’t already believe) is irrational. That’s essentially the purpose of the rule. It’s kind of bizarre.

Israel has a legal system, rather liberal in fact, where this will be resolved. As I understand it the issue isn't proselytizing in general, rather proselytizing minors, which is illegal in Israel. Have to wait until they're 18.
Chirstians who push their beliefs on Jews are frightening pursuers who should be ashamed on themselves. They say they want to do the Jews a favor. How paternalistic is that? They’ve been taught that they better than the Jews. How arrogant and well, “unChristian” is that?
The Jewish people are living in the homeland of the Jews and Jewish study of the written and oral law is flourishing, but Christians just won’t have it. They are bent out of shape that the Jews are flourishing as Jews. They are told, “Nope they won’t be Jews for long.” Nope, these agressors Christians just won’t have it. They want to “do the Jews a favor,” to “show them they are misguided.” God oversees the world in his way.
Today’s Christians, natively relying on what they were taught, which is mistranslations of mmistransations of mistranslations, from Biblical Hebrew to Greek to Aramaic to Latin to English/French/Spanish, etc, think they’ve got it all figured out, but, of course, the reality if that they don;t.
What’s at work is their fundamentally illogical, misinformed, eroneous thinking and overweaning pride and narcissism at work.
The Jews have long endured and suffered just the kind of “love” these Christians push. Christians who pursue us, need to hear God’s message: Let the Jewish people of Israel and the rest of the world worship the one, indivisible master of the universe, as the master of the universe revealed himself to the Jewish people for eternitiy.
The Jews have got it right, Christians. Worship God as you chosse, and let the Jewish people do the same. God is eternal, omnipotent and does not change. The all-knowing and all-powerful and all-wise doesn’t do take-overs. God doesn’t zoom down for short or long field trips, disguising himself in human or animal or plant form. That would be paganism full-blown.
Christians would be serving God properly if they spent their time following the commandments of God for their behavior in this wolrd. to all people Being aggressive pursuers of Jews is fundamentally an “unchristian” thing to do~ Live and let live. The Christians who want the Jews to be just like them are no different from the Muslims who want everyone to be like them. Israel’s Jews deserve not to be the recipients of this kind of aggression against who they are.
Christians would be smart to do a lot more introspection, because they are acting in an evil way, misguided way toward the Jewish people, who know God and have known God way, way before the sect , now called “Christians” got started., and long before Islam got started and long before Joseph Smith got started.
That convenant with the Jews is an eternal convenant. Stop trying to distract the Jews from their special convenantial relationship with God. Christians don’t have that and they know it
Chrisans’ behavior toward the Jews of Israel and Jews everywhere is displaced idealism. If you really want to be “good Chirstians, leave the Jews alone to flouish as God commanded and taught them.
