Obviously, we know the Messiah is not in Israel or on the earth anywhere now. However, encouraging the Jews to make Aliyah and return to Israel is causing the fulfillment of scripture.
I agree with you that this word is not from the Lord, but the question remains why would Satan want scripture to be fulfilled?

No way to know, but perhaps he sees the effect he is having in the West and thinks he may have a shot. It may be a rough ride, but we know how it ends.

Remember, satan was responsible for the downfall of Adam and Eve and thus .. mankind.
Also remember what brought him (satan) down .. "pride!"
