Missed that earlier posting of yours naming the church.It sounded like St Sabinas. When you were there that pastor was the late Father Lawler ? He had been active trying to keep his parish together because of the tactics being used by realtors connected to gangs engaged in neighborhood terrorism causing movement away from the area. Lawler later ran for state rep.
