I was just talking to a friend tonight at dinner and we think that God is calling us all to greater holiness. This is definately a wake up call for all Catholics. We want our priests to be wonderful men of God but we have to do our part too. And constant prayer is a MAJOR part of that. Thank goodness we don't have to pray alone.

Yes, the Universal Call to Holiness! It is like Father Elijah said in his post "Shall We Gather at the River" -- the cleansing of the Church must begin with each one of us, and we need to take advantage of all means to grow in holiness and to intercede for the Pope, the clergy, the laity, and our common witness to Jesus Christ who through the greatest Mercy remains with us truly present in the Holy Eucharist and in all the Tabernacles throughout the world.
