These guys are the middlemen that hired Seth Riche’s assassins according to Youtube sleuth George Webb. They ran several rackets including trafficking in stolen cars. These henchmen broke into the FBI car and used that service pistol on Seth Rich. It’s likely this conspiracy theory could be corroborated with the laptops in police custody that DWS so desperately wants.

George has had an effect. A week or so ago he was in D.C., walking the halls of the capital building trying to talk to every representative about the Awan Brothers. Once representatives start noticing George, who is broadcasting his work on the internet, they had to respond and start getting out in front of the investigation before it swallows them, even if they are not involved.

George has definitely taught citizens how to investigate and get the government's attention.
