To understand the Four Page House Intelligence Memo at the heart of today’s FISA Abuse stories, it helps to understand why the memo is needed. We wrote about the issue in a March 2017 outline called: “The Nunes Paradox” – SEE HERE
As the year-long story has unfolded, there are two central components at the heart of the political corruption and weaponization of the DOJ and FBI:
♦First, corruption within the DOJ and FBI that included their use of unlawful use of FISA-702 exploits; and ♦Second, how that intelligence information was extracted, passed along to those outside government, repackaged, and reconstituted into the “Steele Dossier”. The finished, albeit sketchy, intelligence was later returned to the FBI to request lawful FISA court surveillance authority. It is a circle of “intelligence laundering”.
The DOJ (National Security Division), and FBI (Counterintelligence Division), worked together on the enterprise. This collaboration is where the insider “small group” participants assemble, intersect and ultimately redistribute themselves into the Mueller investigation with the help of Mueller’s adviser, FBI Chief Legal Counsel James Baker.
The evidence of this corrupt DOJ and FBI weaponization of intelligence is what lies inside today’s Four Page Intelligence Committee Memo.

I think it could very well have been either a web portal or even a worldwide network just using HF. Maybe they thought it was “under the radar” so to speak, and military actually picked up on it. Read another post that some within military have been monitoring Deep State since beginning of Obama administration. All just speculation on my part.

When all factors are at their optimum, worldwide communication is possible on HF. At many other times it is possible to make contact across and between continents or oceans. At worst, when a band is “dead”, no communication beyond the limited groundwave paths is possible no matter what powers, antennas or other technologies are brought to bear. When a transcontinental or worldwide path is open on a particular frequency, digital, SSB and Morse code communication is possible using surprisingly low transmission powers, often of the order of milliwatts, provided suitable antennas are in use at both ends and that there is little or no man-made or natural interference.[3] On such an open band, interference originating over a wide area affects many potential users. These issues are significant to military, safety[4] and amateur radio users of the HF bands.
That can’t hurt - I met mine once in person. If everyone sends the requests, maybe enough of them will listen.

You have any concept of the data storage needed to monitor and store the entire HAM RF spectrum? We can’t yet. It is too vast. On top of that it is not point to point. Useless for analysis. You have no way to know who is instructing who. On top of that coded/encrypted messages. On top of that having two HAM radios at each endpoint on different frequencies? One for out and one for in. How about frequency hopping stuff? Endpoint 1 places an innocuous craigslist add for some obscure item. Endpoint 2 searches craigslist for that item. Seed numbers for your dual frequency hopping HAM sets.
Also, look at a picture of the woman. She look like a HAM to you?

Tech licenses do not have HF privileges (except CW on 10 meters), so she would have to use a web link. They are pretty common and functional.
I’ve been a Ham op 42 years. I know about HF. (and VHF/UHF) Had friend who was into Moonbounce. I did his tower work, his EME station used a 28 ft. dish. He was a great machinist and craftsman. Was a retired businessman and retired military officer. He was a very good tech. He had a couple of very powerful home brew UHF amplifiers. (he had a chit of paper allowing past normal wattage output for experimental testing)
It’s still a very good hobby, but dated for espionage use.
No, I don't think Bannon was involved. I believe Q is still reliable. People kind of blew up over the DEFCON 1 post but that post was confirmed by the President with his 'consensual' tweets. Youtuber Roy Potter and others went all drama queen over that. I never took DEFCON 1 to REALLY mean DEFCON 1. The people he was communicating with were not in the Pentagon for crying out loud.

Word is, that NO House Democrats have read the memo. If the memo is leaked, the Dems and the media will scream in unison, 'A Republican did it!', and they'll be right.
It’s a summary of that info written by the gop members on the committee. I heard one of them say he helped write it.
