Jon Kyl has been appointed to fill out and serve the remainder of the John McCain Senate term by the current Governor of Arizona, Doug Ducey. Kyl, unlike the dead useless, McCain, is a 100% yes vote for Brett Kavanaugh...Game over Democrat Party scum & vermin!!!

Grassley, the so-called White Hat, never fails to disappoint me.
Ever since Bork, the Democrats have done this - and the Controlled Opposition RINOpublicans act as though they have been blind-sided.
Democrats will whatever it takes to overturn the voice of the people. Courts are very important to democrats. It’s how they get around the vote.

Cruz’s point about Gorsuch and Kavanaugh having super-eligibilty (I think that was his term) was excellent. He pointed out that SCOTUS appointments was a key part of Trump’s sales pitch to the public during the campaign — in fact Trump even published his list of top picks — and so his election gave him a clear mandate to appoint these guys. The Dems frame it as some kind of abuse of the democratic process but Cruz made the case that it’s just the opposite. Cruz is a good guy to have around on days like today.
Imagine what it’s going to be like when RBG kicks the bucket and President Trump gets to replace her with an American.
when RBG kicks, I want Trump to nominate Cruz just to send the rats into catatonia.
