I'm trying desperately to think of how to put this delicately, so here goes. Each of us know our own personal finances and of course, our finances are nobody's business but our own. That said, we already know whether or not we're going to financially support Free Republic, right? IF you're a loyal supporter or a first time supporter and we sure hope and pray you ALL are, could you please make a supreme effort to make your donation within the first 30 or 45 days?
I ask for 2 major reasons. Jim's Freepathon Team is extremely short-handed and despite my pleas for FReepers to join our Team, nobody has!
Jim's Team is aging and we're tiring. I think our average age might be 77 or 78! I know I'm in my sixteenth year of FReepathons and Trisham, Meg33, deoetdoctrinae, Salvation and musicman have also put in several years! Other long time regulars burned out and left. Praise God, we also have the valued daily help of jazusamo, caww; xzins and ButThreeLeftsDo out on the threads. But we remain very short-handed.
You ALL know there's no other place on the entire Internet like Free Republic! We have something truly special here that's worth keeping!
PLEASE check your credit cards to see if your Monthly Donations are still being deducted because despite our very successful New Monthly Donor Campaigns, our Monthly Donations and Donors never seem to grow in amount or in number....
Monthly Donations will shorten FReepathons and we have some very generous FReepers kicking in $10.00 for every New Monthly Donor and like I noted above, 7 New Monthly Donors have signed up! Please consider Donating Monthly!!

I would be remiss were I not to address VANITIES.
First off, a Prayer Request is NOT a Vanity.
Secondly, multiple Vanity postings on the same day, by the same poster is really taking advantage of Free Republic and Jim's good will, so "knock it off!"
An Unsourced Vanity made to look like a news article, serves no useful purpose. Citing statistics, facts, etc. without sources is useless. "Knock it off!"
Prolific Vanity Posters! = HOPE to find your screen names here! because your names are not Monthly Donors Lists or on the 300 Club Roster. HATE to think you're FReeploaders!
