EMERGENCY COMPLAINT TO ENFORCE FLORIDA’S PUBLIC RECORDS ACT AND REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE HEARING
Plaintiffs, the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Rick Scott for Senate sue Defendant, Dr. Brenda C. Snipes, in her official capacity as Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Florida (“Supervisor of Elections”), and state as follows:
1. This action concerns Plaintiffs’ rights to access public records, pursuant to Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes (the “Public Records Act”).
2. Voting in the 2018 General Election concluded November 6, 2018. Two days after voting has concluded, the Supervisor Of Elections is unwilling to disclose records revealing how many electors voted, how many ballots have been canvassed, and how many ballots remain to be canvassed. The lack of transparency raises substantial concerns about the validity of the election process. An emergency hearing is necessary as the Canvassing Board is obligated to submit the unofficial elections results to the Division of Elections by noon November 10, 2018. A recount in at least two, possibly three, of the statewide races appears likely.

I guess if this gets ugly, these races could go to SCOTUS to decide. Considering the fact that there have been so many violations of the statutes and procedures, and considering the fact that a known cheater is up to her eyeballs in the effort, it should be an easy call.

What needs to be done is a friendly judge found to sign a warrant, Send the State Police in there to break down the locked doors, Seize all the ballots, machines, computers, records, phones etc. until the Election Comittee from an honest and competent county can take over and do a proper count.

If Snipes violated the law, then all votes counted after the deadline are tossed. So not too late.
Hoping the Trump effect will ‘cause people to fight back this time. I knew this was going to happen on election night when I saw John King on CNN hunting for votes for Stacey Abrams and then I saw her speech right after. They always have a contingency plan, don’t they?
I hope that's true. If so, then anyone who believes they were disenfranchised under the Voting Rights Act could probably sue HER.
Broward ping.
A revote disenfranchises every other voting area in the state. A revote, in addition, would likely result in a much larger turnout in order to gain enough votes to overturn the results. Why should a democrat majority voting area be given another chance to add to their vote totals knowing full well just how many extra votes are needed? The answer is that they should not be. What they should do is throw out the results in Broward because they cannot be trusted.

They are in violation of election law. Get a search and seizure warrant. Seize the records and machines. Under a court appointed referee do a count. Find any violations in actual numbers reported by superviso by phone or fax and ask fees to indict for mail fraud. If more than one involved charge RICO.
